Deimco has recently completed a new 3000 square foot customer demo area that will allow you to run trials at our location in Tama, Iowa.

Conference Room We are pleased to offer a facility suitable to planning, demonstration, and end user training. The training/conference facility is conveniently adjacent the demonstration area.

The following equipment is on line and ready for demonstration. Oven cure coat trials may also be conducted.


MD1600 Chain-On-Edge Cell Compact conveyorized cell system with automatic Sames gun	MD1600 (Small part overhead line) Compact overhead conveyorized cell system with pneumatic reciprocator and Sames gun.

MD8200 (Large part overhead line) Inline powder system with enhanced direct drive fan (quietest on the market). Two radial Y oscillators and 8 automatic Sames guns	"UV" Moulding Finish Machine and all mechanical cross-transfer conveyor customarily integrated with Deimco combinations ovens and oven conveyors for turnkey lineal and flat-line finishing systems.
	Overhead door line including 9' tall heavy duty electric reciprocator. Also includes Allen Bradley PLC based touch screen with light curtain for precise gun control.
