Deimco was founded in 1983. The first product the company developed was a pneumatic reciprocator. As the
product gained acceptance, incremental improvements were made. Among other things, Deimco received a patent
on their reciprocator adjustable stroke limits.
From these humble beginnings, the company began to expand their product offering. Deimco pioneered the
small batch powder booth before developing a full portfolio of powder products. In the mid 90s, Deimco
developed a comprehensive product line geared to liquid spray including flat-line systems, lineal systems,
and vertical reciprocator systems.
Early this decade, Deimco was at the forefront of developing cellular systems with fully integrated controls
for the application of powder and liquid coatings.

Cell Systems
Deimco excels at producing compact cell systems ideal for "lean" and "single piece flow" manufacturing.
Deimco cell systems can be engineered in a chain-on-edge or overhead configurations, in both powder and
liquid systems. Most are integrated with Deimco ovens.
Cross Transfer Conveyor System
Deimco manufactures the only all mechanical cross transfer conveyor system in the finishing industry.
This enables Deimco to transfer top-heavy lineal profiles that other manufacturers can not. The Deimco
cross transfer will operate smoothly, quietly, and reliably.
Electric Reciprocators
Deimco's new electric reciprocators operate smoothly through the entire stroke providing a superior finish
