Where is Deimco located?
Deimco headquarters and manufacturing facilities are located in Tama, Iowa. All Deimco equipment and systems are engineered and manufactured entirely in the United States at this location.

What is the typical delivery time?
Typical delivery times vary based on the complexity of the system you require. Some filter modules, accessories, collectors, and booths are already in stock. For single pieces of equipment, delivery typically runs from 4 - 8 weeks. The most complex systems can often be ready for delivery in 10 - 12 weeks. Deimco accepts orders on a first-come first-serve basis. In all delivery times, Deimco sets the standard for the industry.

Is your equipment warranted?
Yes. Most Deimco equipment carries a one year warranty from the date of shipment. Automatic powder gun packages carry a five year warranty. Deimco extends the warranty of all Whisper Quiet MD powder booths to five years when ordered with an automatic powder guns.

Can we install the equipment ourselves?
Every piece of Deimco equipment is pre-assembled, tested, and optimized on the factory floor prior to shipment. Customers are welcome to inspect at this stage prior to acceptance. Equipment is shipped in the assembled state whenever possible. In fact, many systems require only air and electrical hookup once delivered. On-site installation is available for complex systems on a per diem basis.

Is Deimco UL listed?
Yes. Deimco manufactures control panels that are UL labeled and is inspected quarterly, on an unannounced basis, by UL inspectors.

Is Deimco recognized in their own industry?
Deimco has over 20 years history of manufacturing finishing equipment with hundreds of successful installations. Deimco is also a member of The Powder Coating Institute and The Wood Machinery Manufacturers of America.

Can Deimco integrate their systems/equipment with our existing equipment?
Yes, in most cases. Deimco equipment can be successfully integrated with earlier version Deimco equipment, your present equipment, and competitor's equipment. Deimco equipment is engineered to grow with you as your business grows. At project inception, Deimco helps customers anticipate their future finishing needs. Many projects are done in phases. Deimco systems are able to be expanded without obsoleting initial equipment.
