Reciprocating Gun Movers

Deimco's Reciprocating Gun Movers are available in a wide range of configurations to meet almost any application requirement. Pneumatic, as well as medium and heavy duty electric, reciprocators are available in horizontal and vertical arrangements. Pre-wired UL/CUL listed electrical controls and an easy to use color, HMI touch screen are standard. The automated powder and liquid spray gun movers are available for integration with other Deimco powder and liquid finishing equipment offerings or as standalone systems.

Deimco's reciprocators are adaptive and durable, and help customers achieve the highest quality product finishes. Reciprocating gun movers can be used to eliminate manual powder and liquids coatings application. Advanced control systems, from light curtains and zoned photo eye arrays, automatically detect and sequentially trigger each spray gun according to the length, height, and optionally depth of the product. Using the color touch screen HMI, operators may easily adjust the reciprocator stroke speed and finely tune the trigger window of each gun. Whether the reciprocator is paired with an entire powder finishing system or is operated as a standalone unit, our skilled team will work to help you produce the perfect product over and over.
