The Deimco Process

From the second customers first contact Deimco until the time the equipment is up and running they can be assured their best interests are being cared for. The Deimco process isn't simply a list of steps, it's a promise to our customers. Deimco strives to make the right equipment for each customer, at the right value, not just the same solution repackaged that we've sold to other customers.

After an initial consultation to define the process, Deimco's skilled engineering team will begin testing the customer's product to better understand their unique requirements. After testing, our team of engineers will begin drafting a proposal and layout for review and acceptance by the customer. From there, the team will begin more detailed engineering design and approval drawings for customer endorsement.

Once an endorsed approval drawing is returned, Deimco's highly skilled team will begin the fabrication and assembly. Everything we build is fully assembled and test operated prior to shipment, at which time the customer is invited in for a pre-shipment equipment inspection. Shortly thereafter, the equipment will be delivered on time to allow Deimco's technicians to skillfully and quickly re-assemble and commission the new system.
